Job Summary

Fleet Image Crew Members create the all-important first impression for every Fun Bus customer. This is achieved by careful attention to the exterior and interior condition of every vehicle. It is the responsibility of the Fleet Image Crew Member to ensure all Fun Bus customers are delighted by the cleanliness of the vehicle in which they are riding.  If you are detail oriented and love to clean, this may be the right opportunity for you!

Qualifications & Skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Self-motivated

  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

  • Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, and twist

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Interior and exterior detailing of all Fun Bus vehicles including motor coaches

  • Clean and organize shop/garage and property including emptying trash and keeping walkways free of hazards

  • Review daily cleaning list

  • Securing company vehicles and buildings

  • Meet all OSHA safety standards including proper labeling and use of cleaning products

  • Clear and timely communication with team members regarding any observed mechanical and/or cosmetic concerns with Fun Bus vehicles

  • Keep inventory of supplies and communicate needs for procurement 

  • Visually inspect all vehicles on a continuous basis

  • Report all known maintenance needs

  • Review daily maintenance reports and respond to make corrections

  • Prioritize time to meet departure deadlines

  • Utilize all personal protective equipment (PPE) as required including ear, eye, and hand protection

  • Keep all vehicles properly stocked with supplies including fire extinguishers, cleaning supplies, car seats, blankets, pillows, etc.

  • Participate in all required safety training including wheelchair securement, proper car seat installation, fire safety, and fork lift use

  • Report and/or correct any known safety hazards

  • Regularly review organizational communications via text and email

  • Lead by example

  • Utilize company-provided supplies in a manner that is cost-effective and conservative

  • Monitor driver supplies and restock as needed 

  • Complete monthly safety module

  • Utilize time clock

  • Perform other duties as assigned to achieve organizational goals

  • Modify work schedule as needed to accommodate seasonal changes
